Payal Rao

Payal Rao is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently, Payal serves as the Head of TFL HR at Larsen & Toubro, overseeing HR for iconic projects in the Mumbai, Goa, and Ratnagiri regions, including the completion of India's largest marine bridge MTHL, inaugurated on January 12, 2024. Prior to this role, Payal was the Group Head of Human Resources at Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd., focusing on HR strategies and analytics to support management decision-making. Additional experience includes freelance training in soft skills and strategic HR, managerial positions in companies like Godrej Industries and Atul Ltd., and foundational roles with UNICEF and Care-India.
