Allison Delorenzo

Allison DeLorenzo is an experienced legal recruitment professional currently serving as Director and Head of Southeast Legal Recruitment at Larson Maddox since September 2021, after holding roles as SVP and VP in the same area. Additionally, Allison has been with Selby Jennings since January 2017, progressing from Specialist Recruitment Consultant for Legal to AVP Manager. Prior to that, Allison worked as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Merchandising at Hudson Jeans and gained early experience through an internship. Allison started a career in marketing and sales as an agent for Cosmopolitan Magazine, generating brand awareness and engaging with the millennial market. Educationally, Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Merchandising & Product Development from Florida State University, completed in 2016.
