Andrew Hastings

Andrew Hastings has a strong background in recruitment, focusing on legal and regulatory talent. Andrew currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Head of US Regulatory Recruitment at Larson Maddox, where they specialize in placing experienced to senior executive roles within the regulatory and legal functions. Prior to joining Larson Maddox, Andrew worked at Selby Jennings as VP Market Specialist for Legal and Compliance Recruitment, and Principal Consultant for Legal and Compliance Recruitment. Andrew also has experience at Carlton Senior Appointments, where they served as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant for Private Wealth Management & Legal. Before transitioning into recruitment, Andrew worked in educational institutions, including Iona Preparatory School as Assistant Director of Advancement, and Iona College as an Admissions Counselor.

From 2009 to 2013, Andrew Hastings attended Iona University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General, graduating with Cum Laude honors.
