Nadine Jones

Nadine Jones is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority since April 2022, Nadine has a proven track record in aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives. Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Clark County School District and Vice President of Human Resources at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, Nadine cultivated organizational cultures, managed talent functions, and successfully renegotiated union contracts. Nadine's earlier roles at The Signature at MGM Grand, Marriott International, and JW Marriott properties further demonstrate expertise in HR management, onboarding programs, and employee engagement. Nadine holds a Master's degree in Tourism Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University.
