VP of Tickets & Operations at LAS VEGAS EVENTS INC

As the Vice President of Tickets & Operations, Alex is responsible for overseeing the administration and operation of ticketing, fulfillment and event operations for all company events.

Additionally, it is Alex’s responsibility to maintain relationships with our ticketing, vendor and venue partners. The Tickets and Operations department is involved in several events such as the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Pac-12 basketball championships, the FEI World Cup Jumping and Dressage, and America’s Party Firework Show. One of the department's primary focuses is the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Working closely with ticketing partners, Alex ensures the events rollover and distributor page are setup properly, reviews the CRM plan and communication to ticket holders and sponsors, manages the success of ticket shipment and delivery, and handles all ticketing sales settlements.

Operationally, Alex works closely with both the venue senior staff and NFR General manager on all front-of-house setup, security, transportation, signage, fan-zone activations, credentialing and specialty on-site spin-off events such as the Golden Circle of Champions and Exceptional Rodeo. Alex’s role for America’s Party Firework Show is coordinating all operation aspects with the pyrotechnic company, participating hotel properties, and local fire and police agencies.
