Brian Young

Brian Young is a seasoned fire and emergency management professional currently serving as the Assistant Fire Chief for Moapa Valley Fire District since November 2023. With extensive experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic at Daytona International Speedway and Las Vegas Motor Speedway since 2017, Brian has also held significant roles, including Fire & Safety Supervisor and Executive Medical Agent at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from 2020 to 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Firefighter/Paramedic at LEXINGTON FIRE & RESCUE and as a Special Operations Supervisor/Clinical Educator at APS AMBULANCE, LLC. Brian holds a Master's Degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix.
