Alexander Knecht

Alexander Knecht is an accomplished musician and educator with extensive experience in both performance and instruction. Currently serving as Adjunct Violin Faculty at Riverside City College, Alexander also holds positions with several prestigious orchestras, including Pacific Symphony as a Substitute Violist and Las Vegas Philharmonic as a Substitute Violinist. Since 2018, Alexander has been a Section Viola with the Long Beach Symphony. Additionally, Alexander is a dedicated private instructor and music arranger, focusing on popular, sacred, and classical music. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Southern California, a Master of Music from The Juilliard School, and dual bachelor's degrees in Violin and Mathematics from La Sierra University.
