Aldo M. Martinez

Aldo M. Martinez has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Aldo M. started their career as a Sales Manager at Vegas Investment Properties in 1997 and held the position until 2004. During this time, they managed a team and was involved in various real estate transactions.

In 2004, Aldo joined Prudential Americana Group REALTORS as a Sales Manager. Aldo M. supervised a large team of sales executives, handled over $490 million in closed transactions, and provided training and mentoring to new and experienced agents.

From 2005 onwards, Aldo worked at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices/ Nevada Properties, where they served as a Broker/Branch Manager. Aldo M. managed an office of over 300 sales executives and led a staff of 4. Aldo M. was responsible for recruiting over 100 sales executives annually to drive growth and support existing sales executives. Aldo also managed REO agents, oversaw the preservation of over 5,000 REO properties, and supervised over $300 million in total closed transactions annually. In addition, they provided training, coaching, and mentorship to sales managers, new agents, and experienced sales executives.

In 2021, Aldo became the President of Las Vegas REALTORS®, where they hold a leadership role in the organization.

Before their real estate career, Aldo served in the US Army from 1986 to 2005. Aldo M. held the rank of SGM and managed recruiting and retention operations for the state of Nevada. Throughout their military service, they received numerous awards and medals for their outstanding performance.

Aldo M. Martinez has a diverse education history. Aldo M. started their higher education journey in 1990 at Vincennes University, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree with a concentration in Business. After completing their AS degree, Aldo moved on to the Southern Nevada School of Real in 1993, where they gained knowledge and expertise in Real Estate practices. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2004. Aldo's educational pursuits didn't conclude there as they further pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2014.
