Russ Lukashevsky

Vice President & Sr. Associate General Counsel at Las Vegas Sands

Russ Lukashevsky has a diverse range of work experience in various legal roles. Russ started their career as a Director of Administration & Corporate Secretary/Legal Counsel at HRDS Inc. in 2004. Russ then worked as an Attorney at HSBC from 2006 to 2008 before transitioning to the role of Corporate Counsel at Danaher Corp., Product Identification in the same year. From 2008 to 2011, Lukashevsky served as an Assistant General Counsel at Sears Holdings. Russ then joined Johnson Controls Inc. as a Director, Senior Group Counsel, where they provided legal support for their procurement and supply chain organizations, as well as their sales and distribution lines of business. During this time, they also managed a team of attorneys and supported labor and employment matters for the company's Building Efficiency business unit. Most recently, Lukashevsky held the position of Vice President & Sr. Associate General Counsel at Las Vegas Sands Corp., where they provided general counsel and support to various businesses and senior management in multiple regions. Russ managed a global legal team, identified outside counsel, and established company-wide processes and policies for negotiations and agreements.

Russ Lukashevsky completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History at the University of California, Berkeley from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they attended The John Marshall Law School at the University of California at Berkeley to obtain a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, although the start and end years for this education are not specified.
