Shereen Rabadi

Shereen Rabadi has a strong background in senior leadership roles, primarily in the aesthetic dermatology industry. Shereen most recently served as the Senior Vice President - Experience & Operations at LaserAway, where they successfully implemented strategic initiatives to drive profitability and optimize labor utilization. Shereen also managed operations, sales, and medical budgeting, and spearheaded customer experience enhancements resulting in improved CSAT scores. Prior to their role at LaserAway, they held positions as Vice President - Client Experience and Director of Client Services at the same company. Earlier in their career, Shereen worked at Wells Fargo as a Business Banking Specialist and Personal Banker, where they excelled in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and consistently exceeded sales goals.

Shereen Rabadi obtained a High School Diploma from Carrollton Christian Academy in the year 2002. Following that, they attended Southern Methodist University from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. Finally, Shereen pursued further education at California State University, Northridge from 2006 to 2008, where they attained a Master's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences.
