Jean-Marc Rauber

Jean-Marc Rauber has extensive work experience in the food manufacturing industry. Jean-Marc began their career at Baxters Canada, Inc. in 1995, where they held the role of Technical Manager for over 14 years. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing technical aspects of production and ensuring quality control. In 2009, they joined Lassonde Specialties Inc. as the Vice President of QA/Technical Services. Here, they assumed full accountability for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality system to guarantee client satisfaction, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Jean-Marc Rauber's expertise lies in ensuring high-quality food production and maintaining regulatory standards.

Jean-Marc Rauber obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Food Science and Technology from ENSBANA France, where they studied from 1987 to 1989. Jean-Marc also pursued further education in food engineering at Dijon, France, earning an Engineer degree.
