Chelsea Donovan M.ed.

Chelsea Helbig, M.Ed., currently serves as an Instructor for First Year Experience at Baldwin Wallace University, where responsibilities include developing lessons to guide first-year students in adapting to college life and fostering connections to enhance their emotional intelligence. Previously, Chelsea was the Program Manager for Executive and Professional Development, overseeing client engagements and managing online learning courses. Additional experience includes roles as Trivia Host and Equipment Liaison at Last Call Trivia, and Program Manager for Boler Professional Development at John Carroll University, where Chelsea developed curricula and managed program budgets. Chelsea's prior positions at Northeast Ohio Medical University involved administrative coordination and program development. With a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration, a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Institutional Research and Assessment, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Arts, Chelsea combines educational expertise with extensive experience in student engagement, program management, and professional development.
