Antoinette Shor-Anyawoe

Antoinette Shor-Anyawoe has an extensive work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Antoinette is currently the Managing Director of People Operations at Last Mile Health, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at WaterAid from 2016 to 2022, initially as the Head of People and Organizational Development and later as the Acting Country Director. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Capacity Building Specialist at West Africa, where they provided guidance and advice on skills gaps and capacity building within organizations. Antoinette also worked as an HR Business Partner at Nyaho Medical Centre in 2015. Earlier in their career, they held multiple roles at Sightsavers, including Senior HR Business Partner and Regional HR Development Manager, supporting countries in West Africa. Antoinette started their career as a Finance & Programme Support Manager at Voluntary Service Overseas from 2007 to 2010 and as an Office Manager at the Academy for Education - Strengthening HIV Response Partnerships in 2007.

Antoinette Shor-Anyawoe holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Antoinette also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French and English from the University of Ghana, completed from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, Antoinette has a Certificate in Management Development from Crown Agents International Management Centre in the UK, obtained in 1999. Antoinette also holds a Certificate in Business Counseling from the University of Bristol, completed in 1996. Antoinette has a Certificate in Management Accounting for NGOs from MANGO, though the dates of completion are not provided. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Leading with Executive Presence from Skillsoft.
