Ryan Malone

Ryan M. has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Ryan is currently the Head Of Engineering at Last Yard, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at alwaysAI, where they held various roles including Director of Web Development & IT, Web Development and IT Manager, and Senior Web Developer from 2019 to 2021.

Before their time at alwaysAI, Ryan served as the Software Engineering Lead at Phunware, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they were the Director at BlondGorilla from 2011 to 2018, where they gained international entrepreneurial experience in social media and mobile app designs.

Ryan's earlier experiences include serving as the Operations Director at Propeller Group PR | Internet | Mobile from 2008 to 2010, and as the Director at BlondeGorilla Ltd from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as the Technology Manager at ninemsn from 2004 to 2006.

In the early stages of their career, Ryan held the position of Systems Development Manager at Law Central Co Pty Ltd from 2000 to 2004, and as the Web Master at Brett Davies Lawyers from 1998 to 2000.

Ryan M. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, General, which they obtained from Murdoch University between 1998 and 2001. Ryan also has a Masters of Systems Development from Charles Sturt University, earned from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Ryan M. has received certifications such as the Achieve Global Management Development Training Programme and has completed the Administering a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database and Application Developer - MCSD.NET and MCAD.NET programs through Microsoft Certified Solutions.
