Emese Bászler

Emese Bászler has a diverse work experience in software engineering and testing. Emese is currently working at LastPass as a Senior Software Engineer SDET since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer SDET at LastPass from January 2022 to March 2022.

Before joining LastPass, Emese worked at LogMeIn as a Software Engineer SDET from September 2020 to December 2021.

Their earlier experience includes working at Ultinous as a Software Test Engineer from March 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for testing microservices using the pytest framework, writing test plans and test cases, and developing automated tests.

Emese also worked at NNG LLC, where they held multiple roles. Emese started as a Software Tester from September 2018 to February 2019, followed by a role as a Project Support Engineer from March 2015 to September 2018. As a Junior Developer from September 2012 to March 2015, they served as a technical leader for a long-term project based on the Linux platform. Additionally, they participated in bug fixing for various projects with different platforms such as Windows CE, Embedded Linux, and Android. Emese started their career at NNG LLC as a Software Developer Internship from November 2011 to September 2012.

Emese Bászler completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Programming from Eötvös Loránd University between 2009 and 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) in November 2018, followed by the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) Model Based Tester Extension in July 2020. In December 2021, Emese acquired the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) Mobile Application Tester certification. Most recently, in January 2023, they completed the Android developer intensive basic training from Webuni.
