Jacob Tilley

Jacob Tilley has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Business Development Representative at LastPass since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Uber as an Executive Food Concierge from September 2020 to May 2022. In this role, Jacob consistently exceeded weekly challenge quotas and achieved high gratuity rates through efficient delivery and communication.

Before joining Uber, Jacob held multiple roles at Middle Georgia State University. Jacob served as the Head of Shipping and Receiving from February 2018 to September 2020, where they supervised a team of five and implemented new software to improve shipping processes. Prior to this, Jacob was the Shipping and Receiving Manager from November 2016 to February 2018, implementing training activities and negotiating with freight companies to reduce shipping costs.

Jacob started their career at Middle Georgia State University as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist from December 2015 to November 2016, where they successfully worked with a diverse group and developed receiving process work instructions. Jacob briefly worked as a Commissioned Sales Associate from September 2015 to December 2015, building strong customer relationships and consistently exceeding sales goals.
