Senior Sales Operations Analyst - APAC at LastPass

Sunil Kumar has a diverse range of work experience. Sunil began their career as a Student Ambassador at the University of Manchester in 2012, where they provided campus tours and answered queries related to Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, they worked as a Team Leader at Manchester United, gaining valuable team working and communication skills.

In 2014, Sunil interned as a Line Engineering Intern at Jaguar Land Rover, assisting with quality operations and line trials for vehicle manufacturing. Sunil also served as a Guidance Ambassador at the University of Manchester, where they managed administrative duties and assisted students and staff with IT-related problems.

From 2015 to 2016, Sunil worked as a Marketing Executive at Jabal Enterprises, increasing the company's international trade and leading a business delegation to a trade exhibition in Sri Lanka. Sunil then founded and managed their own business venture, EddsZone, from 2015 to 2017, gaining experience in buying, selling, and procuring automobiles from Japan.

In 2016, Sunil served as a Senior Frontliner at Australia for UNHCR, leading campaigns and raising funds for refugees. Sunil later joined Diamond Energy in 2017, initially working as a Customer Service Specialist and then transitioning to the role of Transfers and B2B Coordinator.

In 2018, Sunil joined Enel X as a Commercial Operations Specialist, responsible for managing Salesforce CRM operations and conducting quantitative analyses for sales forecasting and territory planning. Sunil later became a Demand Response Operations Analyst, where they leveraged their skills in data analysis and process improvement.

Most recently, Sunil joined LastPass in 2022 as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, focusing on the APAC region. With a wealth of experience in operations, sales, and customer service, Sunil brings a strong analytical and strategic mindset to their role.

Sunil Kumar completed a Certificate IV in Cyber Security from Box Hill Institute from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering with Management (Hons) from The University of Manchester between 2011 and 2015. Sunil also obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer from Engineers Australia in November 2016.
