Prior roles include Head of Sales and Business Development at miduny, overseeing operations in artisanal furniture, and Head of Marketing and Senior Project Manager at RunCzech, enhancing mass participation running events in Italy. As a former Real Estate Managing Director at Mastgroup, Silvia managed a diversified portfolio and advised on strategic acquisitions. Silvia's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in co-founding Hummingbird Coaching and Consulting.
