Leo Alders

Leo Alders is currently the Chief Executive Officer at LAT Nitrogen since July 2023. Prior to that, Leo served as the CEO at Borealis Nitro from September 2021 to July 2023. Leo has a strong background in various leadership roles within Borealis, including as COO of Borealis Fertilizer & Melamine, President of Borealis France, and Vice President of Base Chemicals. With extensive experience in operations, plant management, engineering, and maintenance, Leo has also held positions at Bayer & Neste Chemicals and Philips Electronics. Leo holds degrees in Polymers, Project Management, and Automation from various institutions.
