Geraldo C. Meneses

Geraldo C. Meneses, also known as Harley, has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Geraldo C. started their career as a Captain at Girassol Taxi Aereo in 1990 and later worked as a Comandante at Rico Linhas Aereas from 1992 to 1996. In 1996, they joined LATAM Airlines as a First Officer F-100 and subsequently served in various roles, including First Officer A330, F-100 Captain / TRI / TRE, FDM Analyst, A-32F Captain / TRI / TRE, and Deputy Flight Safety Officer. From 2009 to 2015, they held the position of Safety & Security Sr. Director / B777 Captain at LATAM Airlines. In 2015, they became the Fligth Operations & Training Sr. Director - Boeing 787/777/767 Captain, a role they currently hold. Geraldo also has experience outside of LATAM Airlines, as they worked as a Flight Operations Sr. Director at ABSA Cargo Airline starting from 2017. Despite their vast experience, no end dates were provided for some of their roles.

Geraldo C. Meneses (Harley) has a diverse education history. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a specialization in Aeronautical Law at the Universidade Federal do ABC. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Sciences with a focus on Civil Aviation Management at the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. In 1991, Geraldo attended UC Irvine for a year to study English as a Second Language. Going further back, from 1989 to 1991, they completed two courses, one in Business Administration and Foreign Trade at the Centro Integrado de Ensino Superior da Amazônia, and another in Civil Engineering at the Universidade Federal do Amazonas.
