Miguel Valenzuela has a diverse and extensive work experience. Miguel started their career as an Analyst at CODELCO - Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, where they conducted research on equipment maintenance. Miguel then moved on to TVN - Televisión Nacional de Chile, where they completed an internship in HR, designing a flexible benefits system.

Valenzuela then joined WOM Chile as an Expert in Quality Management, where they were responsible for implementing projects to improve customer experience and satisfaction. Miguel also designed and implemented automated quantitative and stochastic models to measure team performance and productivity.

After that, Valenzuela joined LATAM Airlines and held various roles. Miguel started as a Project Manager, leading the construction and development of an IT system for cargo and flight management. Miguel eventually advanced to the role of Cargo Operations Director and is currently working as the Operations, Project, Quality, and Safety Director – Global LATAM Cargo, where they are responsible for managing global operations and ensuring safety standards across continents.

Miguel Valenzuela completed their undergraduate studies in Industrial Civil Engineering at Universidad de Santiago de Chile from 2008 to 2013. Miguel also pursued further studies in Industrial Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2011 to 2012.
