Venus Rodrigues

Venus Rodrigues has extensive experience in IT project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at LATAM Airlines since November 2014, where contributions include leading the Siebel Loyalty Integration Program, encompassing nine projects to integrate a new loyalty system with legacy systems in Brazil. Prior roles include multiple positions during the MBA course at MBA Projects, focusing on various IT projects, and Project Manager at HP Enterprise Services, where project management practices were applied to ensure quality deliverables. Venus also has a strong foundation in systems development, having worked as a Systems Analyst and Developer at Parmalat Italia S.p.A., specializing in Oracle PL-SQL and ERP system transitions. Venus holds an MBA in Information Technology, a postgraduate degree in Object Oriented Analysis and UML, and a licentiate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
