Roderyck Esteves has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Roderyck started their career as a Vital Statistics Analyst at the Instituto Nacional de Estadistica in 2015. Roderyck then worked as a Coordinador de Proveedores en Campo at Sondeos Latinoamericanos 21 (SONDEL) in 2016, where they were responsible for executing market research projects and monitoring operational indicators. Later in 2016, they joined Nestlé as a Commercial Communications and Research Specialist, where they conducted market research, developed brand strategies, and actively participated in communication campaigns. Roderyck also served as an HR Practitioner VP Technical, where they oversaw the development plans of employees and created data dashboards. In 2019, Esteves worked as an Analyst de Marketing at Newell Brands - MAPA Virulana and a Senior Account Executive at Kantar Millward Brown. In 2021, they were a Brand Manager at Lindabell. More recently, Esteves held the position of Marketing Sr at First Rate S.A, where they were responsible for brand positioning, campaign development, and social media management. Currently, they are working as Jefe de Research at Latcom, providing strategic market insights and recommendations to internal clients.
Roderyck Esteves completed their undergraduate education at the Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2008 to 2015, earning a degree in Sociology. Roderyck went on to pursue a Master's degree in Research and Development Management at the same university from 2016 to 2019. In 2017, Roderyck Esteves also completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing Management at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
