Robin de Pelham

Robin de Pelham has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. They are currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Mavrck since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Later starting in April 2022. Additionally, at Later, they served as the VP, People and Places from September 2021 to April 2022.

Earlier in their career, Robin held leadership positions in the field of human resources and culture. They worked as the VP, People and Culture at Mogo from March 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Director, People and Culture at Mogo from September 2009 to March 2018.

Additionally, Robin gained experience in event management as the Manager, Special Events and Client Services at Public Dreams Society from May 2000 to July 2003. They also worked as a Venue Manager at Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in 2010.

Furthermore, Robin has diverse work experience, including being a Human Resources Consultant at The Karmichael Group from February 2007 to August 2009. They also worked as a Senior Leadership Development Coordinator (Internship) at Best Buy Canada in 2006.

Robin began their career as an Assistant Language Teacher in the JET Programme from August 2003 to August 2005. Overall, Robin de Pelham has acquired extensive experience in people management, culture, event management, and human resources throughout their career.

Robin de Pelham obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of British Columbia, with a major in Psychology and a minor in English Literature, from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of British Columbia, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Human Resources, from 2005 to 2007.
