Cristina Ilinca

Cristina Ilinca is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in human resources, operations, and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Projects and PCM® Trainer at Lateral Inc. since February 2016, Cristina has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence in new markets and establishing strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Cristina founded Spyhce, serving as CEO from December 2013 to February 2016, and was involved in software development with a focus on Python. Cristina's extensive experience includes leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Lateral Inc., Human Resources Director and Product Owner at ISDC, and significant roles at Sommering and Genco Trade, where accomplishments range from office start-ups to organizational restructuring. Educationally, Cristina holds a degree from Babes-Bolyai University and completed early education at Mihai Viteazu Highschool.
