Mihai Teletin

Mihai Teletin has extensive experience in machine learning and software development, currently serving as a Technical Partner and AI Technical Lead at Lateral Group since April 2017. Mihai has successfully led multiple projects focused on building robust machine learning infrastructures, including the development of an ML pipeline using AWS Sagemaker and a web application for dataset management. Prior experience includes work as a Machine Learning Engineer for a US-based company in the waste and recycling sector, contributing to computer vision projects, and serving as a member of the Machine Learning research group at Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca from May 2017 to July 2020. Mihai also held roles as a Java Developer at ISDC, gaining expertise in scalable solutions for banking applications. Mihai holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Machine Learning, a Master's degree in Applied Computational Intelligence, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, all from Babes-Bolyai University.
