Co Founder, Chief Executive Officer at LateShipment

Sriram Sridhar began their career in 2011 at Hedgehog LLC as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer. Sriram developed a proprietary Technical Analysis algorithm that was used to create portfolio management software. The Beta version achieved a 21% gain over 10 months on a 600,000 dollar portfolio. Sriram also created and managed a full fledged development team for the product from scratch. In 2012, Sriram co-founded RIP-IT Solutions, a software solutions company in India, where they led and executed three different innovative projects and managed a team of 23 employees. In 2013, Sriram co-founded LateShipment.com, a company that helps businesses manage and optimize their shipping and logistics. Sriram set the stage for and currently leads the company through a period of expanding operations. In 2014, Sriram co-founded Kinometrics, a sports technology company that is working towards creating a smart baseball bat with embedded sensors and a supplementary training app. Sriram established and managed a team of hardware and embedded software engineers and led software development on an algorithm that measures key baseball performance indicators.

Sriram Sridhar began their educational career in 2005 when they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from SRM University. In 2008, they completed a Research Internship at The University of Western Australia in the field of Algorithmic Analysis. This was followed by a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida in 2011. Later, in 2013, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Sriram Sridhar holds certifications from Cisco Systems and NIIT/Sun Microsystems, including a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) obtained in 2010 and a Certified Core Java Developer.
