Lindsey Day

Lindsey Day is a Partner at Lathrop GPM LLP with expertise in closely held and family owned businesses, mergers and acquisitions, general business law, and corporate governance. Prior to their current role, Lindsey served as a Shareholder and Associate at Gray Plant Mooty, an Associate at Maslon LLP, and as a Senior Associate in Tax Services at Ernst & Young LLP. Lindsey holds a JD from the University of Minnesota and MAcc and BBA degrees in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
