Maddalena Castiglioni Rusconi

Maddalena Castiglioni Rusconi is an HR professional with extensive experience in training, development, and project management. Currently serving as HR Manager and People Empowerment Committee Member for Gender Equality at LATI since September 2019, Maddalena previously held various HR roles at Randstad HR Solutions from September 2011 to August 2019, including HR Project Manager for notable clients such as Novartis and Vodafone Italia, where responsibilities included managing training programs and supporting change management initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Training Specialist at HR training s.r.l., where Maddalena managed public and private funding for HR training, and collaborator at Università Carlo Cattaneo - LIUC, focusing on research and educational project coordination. Maddalena holds a degree in economics from LIUC - Università Cattaneo, along with an Executive Master in Europroject Management and international learning experiences through the Socrates programme.
