Mindy Velasco

Mindy Velasco is an experienced professional in program management and writing education, currently serving as California Program Manager at the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership since October 2019. Previously, Mindy held roles as Writing Program Director and Writing Program Coordinator at InsideOUT Writers from June 2012 to October 2019. Mindy's career began as a Program Leader at THINK Together from February 2012 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Antioch University-Los Angeles (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with minors in Urban & Regional Studies and Women's Studies from UCLA (2007-2011), along with international education experiences at the Center of Study and Investigation for Global Dialogues (2009) and the University of Ghana (2011-2012).
