Justin Bradley Reyes

Justin Bradley Reyes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Justin Bradley'smost recent position is as the Manager of Member Engagement & Events at the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA), where they work to develop and support US Latinos on corporate boards. Justin Bradley is also currently serving as the President of the Young Latino Professionals of Greater Kansas City, where they oversee the organization's affairs and activities and leads a team of volunteers. Justin Bradley is a Board Member of the Greater Kansas City Hispanic Collaborative, focusing on educational and charitable endeavors for Hispanics and other minorities. Previously, Justin served as the Director of Business Development for ABC Heart of America, leading business development and marketing efforts. Justin Bradley has also worked as a Regional Field Representative for the National Association of Home Builders, providing support to members and increasing awareness of NAHB products. Justin's early career included roles as an Agriculture Science Teacher and Theater Tech Teacher at the Forney Independent School District, where they improved the quality of education and enhanced youth leadership. Justin Bradley was also a Board Member of the Kaufman County Junior Livestock Show, promoting excellence in livestock production skills and encouraging sportsmanship and leadership. Justin has held internships at the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture and the Cushing Memorial Library & Archives, and completed a student teaching internship at Columbus ISD.

Justin Bradley Reyes obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Science from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed dual credit courses at Southwest Texas Junior College from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained various certifications, including Sales Training from Sandler Training in June 2021, and certifications in leadership development and association management from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, obtained in December 2020 and November 2020 respectively. Other certifications they hold include spokesperson training, effective teamwork strategies, time management, and membership recruitment and renewal strategies, among others. Justin Bradley also holds a Texas Educator Certificate issued by the Texas Education Agency, obtained in August 2013.
