Ricardo Gallardo

Ricardo Gallardo is a Senior Bilingual tenant Organizer working with LEDC at Affordable Housing Preservation Program since December 2021. Ricardo has more than 20 years of experience combined as an Organizer with Labor Unions, holding positions as Senior Organizer and Organizational Development Specialist. His job in those positions was primarily to assist and advise the Organizing Director and Local Governance to launch campaigns to increase membership and market share for Local Unions, Regional offices, and National Campaigns. Ricardo immigrated from Peru back in 1989. He studied economics at the San Martin Porras University of Peru and holds a certification of Microsoft System Engineer at Howard University with a specialty in Networking.
