Isabelle Carvalho Mühlbauer

National Advocacy Manager Of Voting Rights at LatinoJustice PRLDEF

Isabelle Carvalho Mühlbauer currently serves as the National Advocacy Manager of Voting Rights at LatinoJustice PRLDEF, a role held since June 2022, and previously worked as a Voting Rights Advocacy Coordinator. Prior to this position, Isabelle was with the New York Legal Assistance Group from August 2015 to June 2022, progressing from Paralegal to Senior Coordinating Paralegal. Additionally, Isabelle operated as a Small Business Owner at Bauerminis from November 2014 to June 2022 and held various roles in the hospitality industry, including Maitre D' at Haru Sushi and Server/Hostess at Red Restaurant. Isabelle also gained experience in legislative work as an intern for Congressman Joseph Crowley and Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Baruch College, Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
