Eric Westman

Eric Westman is currently the Technical Lead Manager at Latitude AI, leading the Localization team. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Argo AI as a Software Engineer, where Eric specialized in map alignment for the Localization team. Eric has a strong educational background, holding a PhD in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a MS in Robotics and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering. During their academic career, Eric also gained valuable industry experience as a Robotics Intern at NEAR EARTH AUTONOMY and a Software Engineering Intern at Carnegie Robotics LLC.
