Matt Holstege

Matt Holstege is an experienced leader in autonomous vehicle operations and advanced technology testing, currently serving as the Director of Testing & Data Collection at Latitude AI since February 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Argo AI, including Regional Fleet Operations Manager and Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Operations Manager, where a focus was placed on safety, efficiency, and team development. Matt's background also includes significant experience at General Motors, where roles ranged from Shift Leader in Pre-Production Operations to Global Propulsion Systems Operations Group Leader. Matt's military experience as a Field Artillery Officer with the 101st Airborne Division has contributed to strong operations and logistics leadership skills. Matt holds an Executive MBA from Michigan State University, a BBA from Eastern Michigan University, and certificates in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Financial Management from Cornell University.
