Yu-Kai Wang

Yu-Kai Wang is a skilled software engineer with a focus on scalable machine learning and perception systems for self-driving cars. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II at Latitude AI since January 2023, Yu-Kai previously held positions at Argo AI and Motional, where expertise in camera and lidar perception was developed. Prior experience includes an internship at Occipital, contributing to computer vision software, and a research assistant role at Academia Sinica, which focused on action recognition and deep learning. Yu-Kai holds a Master of Engineering in Robotics from the University of Maryland and dual master's and bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
