Kevin Steele

Kevin Steele has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Kevin started their career as an IT Tech at ABC Pro Inc. where they installed, maintained, and serviced customer IT infrastructures. Kevin then moved on to Indiana Telephone Co., Inc. as a Lead Designer and Service Manager, where they focused on maintaining telecommunication systems and managing the service department. Kevin later worked as a Team Member at M2W Inc., where they promoted products and services through event and guerrilla marketing. Kevin then joined The Vitamin Shoppe as an Assistant Manager, responsible for store operations and sales goals. Kevin also gained experience in the tech industry, working at uTest as a uTester and Team Test Lead. At Blox.io, they served as the Brand Ambassador Director, ensuring a unified message across community engagement channels. Kevin held multiple roles at LightBound, starting as a Tier 1 NOC Tech and later becoming a Tier 2 NOC Tech. Kevin then joined Latium as the Community & Media Manager and later became the Director of Growth. Currently, Kevin is working at Hxro as the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer and has held previous roles as Support Lead and Community Strategist, actively engaging with customers and producing content. Additionally, they will be working as a Moderator at 313 Labs starting in October 2022.

Kevin Steele completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business/Commerce, General at Bryan College from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued their core studies in Homeschool from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their education, Kevin Steele obtained two certifications from Digium. In December 2017, they became a Digium Certified Sales Engineer (dCSE) and a Digium Switchvox Support Engineer (dSSE).
