Everlyn Imbira is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Lato Milk since January 2023, where responsibilities include policy formulation in compliance with Kenyan labor laws and managing payroll for over 300 employees monthly. Previously, Everlyn held the position of Human Resource Business Advisor for East Africa at Kamit Energies (Kenya) Ltd, focusing on policy development and recruitment processes. With an extensive background at Equity Bank Limited, roles ranged from HRBP and Advisor to Assistant Manager of HR Projects and Analytics, where achievements included streamlining recruitment processes, leading successful merger integrations, and enhancing employee engagement across multiple branches.
