Siham BOUYOUAAR is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as Chargée de développement Rh at LATTICE MEDICAL since January 2020, focusing on HR management, skill development, workplace well-being, employer branding, and CSR initiatives. Previously, Siham was Chargée des Ressources Humaines at BE-LAB, contributing to the establishment of the HR department through recruitment actions and internal procedures. Earlier roles include customer advisory positions at Comdata France, where complex case management and customer experience tracking were key responsibilities, and teleprospecting at Consultimm. Siham’s foundational experience in client relations was developed through various roles at La Poste TELECOM.
