Dayna Hardie has extensive experience in customer care and client services roles, having worked at companies like Lattice, Stripe, and Counsyl. Dayna has demonstrated leadership by managing teams, implementing system improvements, and ensuring positive customer service experiences. Prior to their roles in customer care, Dayna also worked at Apple as a Business Specialist and at Target as an Executive Team Leader.
