Katy Durkin has a diverse range of work experience. Katy is currently working as a Customer Success Program Manager for Product Adoption at Lattice, where they focus on building engaged and high-performing teams. Prior to this, they worked at Deel as an Operations Program Manager, Customer Success. Katy also has experience as a Customer Onboarding Experience Manager at Doma (fka States Title) and as an Innovation Program Manager and Client Engagement Specialist at Degreed. Earlier in their career, Katy worked as an Employee Communications Specialist and Client Services Coordinator at American Airlines Federal Credit Union. Katy also gained experience in event management at Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau, where they worked as a Festival and Events Manager. Before that, they held positions at Dave and Busters, The Colony Parks and Recreation, and the National MS Society.
Katy Durkin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies, Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. In 2017, they received a certification in "Project Management for Success" from the Project Management Leadership Group, Inc. In 2018, they obtained another certification, "Degreed Level 4 in Consulting," from Degreed.
