Kyle Caruso

Kyle Caruso currently serves as the Head of Design Operations at Lattice since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kyle held the same title at Lyft from August 2018 to March 2022, and also worked in design operations and product design. Kyle's previous experience includes positions as Executive Producer at ueno. and Senior Producer at Evernote, where management of the product design team was a key responsibility. Additional roles include Account Supervisor at Pereira and O'Dell, overseeing creative brand campaigns for major clients, and Account Manager at Goodby, Silverstein and Partners, where Kyle led a significant brand relaunch for the Women's Tennis Association. Earlier career experience includes an associate role at CHEN PR and serving as an Admission Counselor at Westmont College. Kyle earned a BA in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Media and Speech from Gordon College.
