Yang-Bin Lin

Yang-Bin Lin has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. They started their career at Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) as an Associate Engineer, where they participated in the development of various software applications, including H.264 Encoder, JPEG Encoder, and Decoder. They also worked with a coworker to port H.323 Protocol to the company's platform.
