Jack Latus is the Managing Director at LATUS Health, where Jack helps businesses and employees perform at their best through Occupational Health and Corporate Wellbeing packages. Jack is also the Director at LATUS Training, redefining health and fitness. Additionally, Jack is the Co-Founder of Whey Box, providing convenient protein powder. Previously, Jack played rugby for Hull KR, Harlequins RL, and Leeds Carnegie. Jack attended Hymers College, studying A-Levels in Biology, Psychology, and Physical Education.
