Janis Kulups

Janis Kulups is an accomplished professional in IT infrastructure and security, currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure and Manager of the IT&T Security Unit at Latvenergo since June 2002. Prior to this role, Janis held positions including Senior IT&T Security System Engineer and IT Security System Engineer. From 1998 to 2002, Janis worked as an IT Systems and Network Security Engineer at the Treasury of Latvia. Janis holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Latvijas Lauksaimniecibas Universitate, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor in Economics from the same institution, completed in 2013. Further education includes attendance at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte from 1996 to 1999.
