Arta Kudlāne possesses extensive experience in customer experience management and analytics, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA since February 2016. Key responsibilities include defining and tracking customer experience KPIs and advocating for B2C customer needs in service and product development. Previous roles within the same company have included Segmentation Analyst and Market Analyst, focusing on B2C customer analytics and telecommunications market analysis. Prior to this, Arta worked at TNS as a Research Project Manager and Account Manager, managing research projects across various industries including Finance, Auto, Technology, and Telecom. Additional experience includes roles as a Lecturer in Higher Mathematics and a Mathematics Teacher. Arta holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Physics from Latvijas Universitate and Umeå University, and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Latvijas Universitate.
