Arnis Seibe

Arnis Seibe has extensive work experience in the television industry. Arnis worked at Latvian Television from 2011, starting as the Director of buildings and working their way up to the position of Technical Director. In July 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at the same company. Prior to that, they served as the Technical Director at JSC Latvian Independent Television (LNT) from 2001 to 2011. Arnis began their career in 1982 at Latvian State Television, where they held various roles including Engineer, Senior Engineer, Head of Video Service, and Deputy of Head of Video Department until the year 2000.

Arnis Seibe pursued their education in the field of audio engineering and radio and television. Starting in 1978, they attended Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) for their Master's degree, specializing in radio and television. Arnis completed their degree in 1983. Later, in 1985, Arnis Seibe attended Saint-Petersburg State University of Film and Television for a year, focusing on audio engineering. The degree obtained during this time is not provided.
