Ivars Beinarts

Ivars Beinarts has extensive experience in telecommunications, serving as an Engineer at Latvian Television since March 1992. Additionally, Ivars held the position of Senior Researcher at Riga Technical University from March 2010 to December 2016. Ivars earned a Doctoral degree in Computer Control of Electrical Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte between 2007 and 2011.
