Gia Scinto

Gia is an executive search specialist focused on searches for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success leaders. She is a Partner at Launch Search Partners and has over a decade of recruiting experience. Gia is also an Expert Advisor to Y Combinator.

Prior to Launch Search Partners, Gia worked in the venture capital industry for over eight years, most recently as the first Talent Leader at Y Combinator. Previously, she was one of the first Executive Talent Partners at Andreessen Horowitz. She has completed hundreds of executive placements across the technology sector, specifically focused on Go-To-Market talent.

Gia started her career at a top-tier global executive search firm, in their San Francisco Technology practice. In 2000, Gia joined Microsoft to help build the executive talent function by creating an agency model in-house. In 2007, she led a similar role at Cisco Systems.

Gia has successfully conducted Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other senior level searches for companies such as Algolia, Bitmovin, Brex, Checkr, Envoy, Everlaw, Factual, Github, Illumio, Lookout, Mesosphere, Omada Health, Rescale, Safebreach, Segment, SiftScience, Sqreen, and Zapier.
