Liz Karr

Liz Karr is an executive search specialist who focuses on recruiting CFOs and finance leadership positions. She is a Founding Partner at Launch Search Partners with over 20 years of finance-focused executive recruiting experience. During her career, she has completed hundreds of CFO and VP Finance searches for high growth software, SaaS, mobile, digital media, consumer, and other technology companies.

Prior to joining Launch Search Partners, Liz was the Director of the MBA Recruitment Center at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. She led the MBA on-campus recruiting program and facilitated introductions between companies and MBA students.

Liz is a graduate of UC Berkeley and maintains her Berkeley network through activities such as co-chairing her class fundraising efforts. She is a Bay Area native and was on the board of the Girl Scouts, is a Past President of the Crystal Springs Uplands High School Alumni Association and is on the board of Young Performers Theater.
